"When I was just a kid I had a dream of being a traveling musician. I dreamed of traveling from coast to coast, from town to town playing my songs and sharing my music with the world. I'm fortunate enough to be living that dream but I've come to find that the hardest part about it is being away from the people I love, especially my son. When he was a toddler and I would be away for weeks on tour, I would point to his heart and tell him that I would always be in there and that he would be always be in mine.
