One night during a hastily called meeting of the Plethora Society, in a sudden burst of light, Bill Myers was shockingly whisked away to another dimension. The next day, Joe Davis became the leading suspect in a bank robbery that he had been hired to solve for the San Diego Police Department! And to top it off, Andrew Myers, recently sentenced to life in prison for murder, inexplicably showed up at the motel room of the newly rehabilitated Andrew Wynicki. Calmly but firmly he made an unusual demand that Wynicki was not keen to execute, but was even more fearful to refuse.
