William McGonagall

A Scottish weaver, doggerel poet and actor. He won notoriety as an extremely bad poet who exhibited no recognition of, or concern for, his peers' opinions of his work (<a href=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_McGonagall>Wikipedia</a>).
