Mr. Niranjan Sarkar

Mr. Niranjan Sarkar joined the Deptt. of Rasearch, of then NEFA Administration in 1961 as an Assistant Director . By profession, he was an Anthropologist with a passion to discover the complex tribal social structure of NEFA.
