Milton Loyer
Milton Wayne Loyer, born in San Francisco, California, is an American author, statistician and archivist. He was Lay speaker at United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown, Pennsylvania, 1980—2006; Member of Society of America Archivists, American Statistical Association. Loyer earned a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Mennonite College, Harrisonburg, Virginia, in 1967; a Master of Arts from George Peabody College, Nashville, Tennessee, in 1968.
