Born at Pompée, Rodrigues Island on 19th July 1964. Primary education at Ste Famille RCA School. Secondary education at Rodrigues College.Joined political newspaper L'Organisation in 1983. Editor in Chief Le Rodriguais newspaper 1989-1996.Presently Senior News Editor at the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation. He is also the Officer in Charge of the Corporation in Rodrigues.
