Stuart R. Porter

Stuart R. Porter, born in Robesonia, Pennsylvania, is Professor Emeritus in the Mathematics Department at Monroe Community College, Rochester, New York, where he taught from 1963 to 1991. He co-authored two college mathematics textbooks with Allen R. Angel, one of which had six editions. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pennsylvania; and his Master's Degree from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York.
