Hamilton Fish Armstrong

Hamilton Fish Armstrong attended Princeton University, and then went on to work as a journalist at the New Republic. In 1918, he married Helen MacGregor Byrne. During the First World War, he was a military attaché in Serbia. After 1922, he worked at Foreign Affairs, the review of Council on Foreign Relations.
