Jay’l Harris was born and raised a Georgia Peach. She is an alumnus of Valdosta State University 01 where she became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She has her MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University. Jay’ L lives by her personal mission statement to Inspire, Empower and Serve everyone she encounters.
