I began my journey in the world of the professional Chef by publishing Chef Magazine 15 years ago. Since then I have published 30+ recipe books including the unique book Recipes for Chefs. This book was initially published as a limited edition hardback, The Chef Book, and is now available as an Ebook. In addition to publishing the books, I am a professional food photographer and have photographed many of the books I have published.
