When special agent Samantha Quest frees a young girl from a secure children's unit, she's taking on the most powerful people in the country. Annushka Dvoskin, daughter of a Russian oligarch, has used her mobile phone to video an incident which could prove disastrous for the government, especially if information of her affair with an older man also gets out. And enemies of Annushka's father have dispatched a team of hitmen to murder her and Samantha. As they flee from danger, they search desperately for the phone - using the footage as a bargaining tool may be their only hope for safety ...
