These products feature high heat conduction and retention due to multiple layers of different materials, and steam foods with little water or stirring required. This book covers basic cooking terms and knowledge, waterless cooking, stack cooking (multiple pans on one burner) and range top as well as oven baking. It also has recipes for meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, main dishes, soups, salads, sandwiches, snacks, dressings, sauces, marinades, and deserts.
