Eviction notice

the long version

Alice Able sat in her living room brushing her hair for the last time. On every surface, post-it notes sat like price tags at a flea market or an estate sale. If she was ever going to have a last will and testament, this would have to be it. Beside her on the coffee table sat a stack of divorce papers, a bottle of wine and a saucer piled with sleeping pills. As she made her final goodbye to the world, a strange visitor at the door informed her that humanity was being evicted from Earth and would she like to comment?
