Recent research shows mentoring is the most important source of learning at work after 'on the job' experience, and moreover it's a critical life skill for everyone. This book sets out what mentoring is, and how it's been used by Australia's best leaders in business, education, politics, public and sporting life. The vast majority had great mentors in their own lives, and all have now taken on that role themselves.
