DESERT FLOWER When Ginny Hooper first met Tony on her last day at the Workin' Late Bar, she knew he was someone special--though she never would have guessed he was part of the vast DeLeon gambling empire headquartered in Las Vegas. Ginny wanted no part of anything that involved gambling--but Tony had other plans. He wasn't part of the family business.
