DESERT FLOWER When Ginny Hooper first met Tony on her last day at the Workin' Late Bar, she knew he was someone special--though she never would have guessed he was part of the vast DeLeon gambling empire headquartered in Las Vegas. Luckily Tony had some very persuasive cards up his sleeve, proving love can always bloom, even in a wasteland.
