It has many color screenshots, and production artwork of the main characters. There are floorplan maps of the game's areas. The book is written in two separate sections, the first is on one side with a walkthrough of the Leon character, then the book has to be flipped over and the Claire character on the opposite side. There is a full script of the game's main characters, as well as a interview with the creators of the game. Between the two sides, at the center of the book, there is a foldout poster glued into the spine. The book originally cost $14.95 in the USA, $16.95 in Canada.
