Up from the country to attend Lord Nelson's funeral and staying with her cousin, Henrietta, she was shocked when the Earl of Rockhampton seemed amused at the mention of her relation. Only later did she discover that Henrietta ran a gaming salon. She returned to her country parsonage home in Somerset, only to be followed by the Earl who declared himself to be in need of country air. What followed, in Robina's terms, was even more shocking.
