La flambe

The book "la flambe, journal intime d'une jeune fille" is the diary a 15 years old girl has written about school, her teachers, her mother (who is divorced), her passion for the moto ... and her lonelyness. She started writting when she was 7 1/2 years old. Her 17 diaries has been studied by the (very well-known) autobiographic specialist: Philippe Lejeune. Her writings (drawings, novels...) can be seen on the web: /http://www.arianegrimm.net/. The publication of the last 4 "cahiers de mémoires" (diary) was made by her mother after Ariane's death in a moto accident in 1985. The book (La flambe) was publibled a second time en 1988. A film "Bonjour petit Copper" on Ariane's diaries has been made and could be seen on television in a "thema-arte" in 1998, on Philippe Lejeune instigation.
