Dial M for Murdoch looks at the newspaper empire of Rupert Murdoch and how in 2005 the unexpected discovery a private investigator hacking the voicemails of the British Royal family ultimately led to the closure of the UK's biggest Sunday newspaper, a public inquiry into the UK press and criminal charges against reporters, editors, public servants and the press secretary of a Prime Minister.
