Roget's Superthesaurus offers a vast range of head words. You get a tremendously rich treasury of more than 325,000 words. You'll find selected vocabulary builder words with pronunciation keys and sample sentences. Only Roget's Superthesaurus has it. You get quotations you can use as synonyms. Many entries have a word-find reverse dictionary for those times when you know what it is, but not what it's called. Important head words are extensively treated. Minor head words list synonyms, reducing your number of reference stops. Slang and informal words are denoted by an asterisk.
