Leaving behind a successful career in an American soap opera, Foxie Marlowe returns to Melbourne to comfort her recently widowed mother and take over her father's racing stables. However, she finds out that during her father's illness the business was rescued by Daniel Morgan - the son of an old family friend and the man she had an affair with four years previously. Foxie believes Daniel has taken advantage and stolen her inheritance, until he convinces her to join him as a business partner.
