"The Yuma District requested assistance from the Division of Resources in the analysis and quantification of instream flow needs for the Bill Williams River Riparian Planning Area. This report summarizes field observations made during the week of June 27-30, 1988, of hydrologic, geomorphic, and hydrogeologic conditions on the Bill Williams River between Alamo Dam and the National Wildlife Refuge.
