This effort encompassed experiments, development, experimental cell/battery fabrication in sizes from 5AH to 10,000AH capacity, and testing in sufficient depth and detail to make significant progress toward the objective of providing safe and reliable Lithium Inorganic Electrolyte Primary Battery Technology. Data is presented on storage degradation abnormal cell operation performance at low temperatures passivation, hazards analyses and Deactivation/Disposal.
