George Wirefred Opiro

He is an expert in Psychosocial Care and Support/Guidance and Counselling. He went through Makerere University, Kyambogo University and University of East Anglia, Norwich-UK. Currently he is serving government of Uganda as Commissioner Guidance and Counselling at the Ministry of Education and Sports-Headquarters, Kampala.
