H.M. de Oliveira

Hélio Magalhães de Oliveira was born in Arcoverde, Brazil, in 1959. He received both the E.E. and M.S.E.E. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), Recife, Pernambuco, in 1980 and 1983, respectively. He is currently with STATISTICS DEPARTMENT, UFPE. Then he joined the staff of the Department Electronics and Systems (DESUFPE) at the same university as a lecturer.
