BIOGRAPHY/Arthur Henry Gunther III Arthur Henry Gunther III, retired editor of the Editorial Pages, columnist and staff photographer of The Journal-News in Rockland County, New York, was with the newspaper for 42 years. He began his career there in 1964 in the mailroom and newsroom, eventually working his way to posts as photographer, writer and editor.
