Claire Garden

Claire Garden was born and raised in Iowa. In high school and college she wrote poetry and essays. She taught at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, and published some of her work. In 1980, she wrote a one-act play for her community theatre group. Garden became interested in living in an intentional community.
