Venkateswarier Subramaniam

Professor V. Subramaniam enjoyed two outstanding careers. As an academic, he taught Political Science in Universities in all the five continents. At the time of his passing in 2004, he was Distinguished Research Professor at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
