Hilli Dh. Liko

Hilli Liko was born in Rrupaj, Albania. After finishing high school he went to the Military Academy of Albania, from which he graduated successfully. He continued his graduate studies with a specialization. He has worked in the military units in the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Albania, between the years 1981-1989.
