Claire E. Bowen's coffee shop journey started in 2006. She has been a franchisee, a regional franchisor, and founded a chain of coffee shops in the UK with her husband and business partner, Andrew J. Bowen. Claire is a keynote speaker, co-founder of Cafe Success Consulting, runs the Coffee Shop startup Bootcamp, and regularly writes for coffee shop and cafe trade magazines.
