Saod A. Alseyab

Saod A. Alseyab was born in Abifkhmeeb, southern Iraq, on August 13, 1948. He received the B. SC. degree in electncaf engineering with the equivalent of first-class honors from the University of Basrah, Iraq, in 1969, the M. SC. and Ph.D. degrees in microwave communications engineering from the University of Leeds, Yorkshire, England, in 1976 and 1979, respectively.
