Javier Pulgar Vidal

Javier Pulgar Vidal was born in Panao, Peru, and after finishing his secondary education in the city of Huanuco (Colegio de Mineria), worked for two years in order to gather enough money as to travel to Lima, the Peruvian capital. There, he enrolled in the Universidad Catolica and got a degree on history and geography.
