Ray B. Dobbs

Ray Dobbs is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a BBA degree in Business Management. He was enrolled in the U.S. Army's R.O.T.C. program where he was awarded an academic scholarship. He graduated as a distinguished military graduate in the top 10% of his R.O.T.C. class and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, Regular Army.
