Rup Kumar Barman

Dr.Rup Kumar Barman(b 1975) teaches International Relations at Jadavpur University , Kolkata , India .Earlier he served St. Joseph's College , Darjeeling ; ABN Seal College , Cooch Behar and the Department of History of Jadavpur University as Lecturer in History . He is the author of several books and articles.
