Barbara Haskins

BARBARA HASKINS was born in Hot Springs, VA and is the eldest daughter of Levi and Julia Haskins. She has been a resident of Queens, NY for over 40 years; where she has had a lasting commitment to uplift and preserve African-American self esteem. Ms. Haskins is a poet, public speaker and educator who has professionally interacted with many African-American luminaries; including Media Host Bob Law, Dr. Jawanza Kunjufu, the Rev.
