Flaherty o'Keefe is a former seminarian who attended Central Baptist Seminary in Toronto Canada, as well as living for a spell in South Africa and Zimbabwe. He still retains a keen interest in Theology and folklore. His sociological novel is ground-breaking in that it uses scottish dialect and a glossary integrated into the mainstream text.
