James Plimell Webb

Mr. Webb was born in Science Hill, Ky. He married Lottie Taylor in 1935. They had one child, Sidney Webb. Mr. Webb wrote short stories primarily for western genre pulp magazines as well as mystery stories for other magazines. Dodd Mead published his first novel, Riley Dawson, in 1950.
