Pamela Ketter was born on 25 April 1942 in Evanston, Illinois, USA, daughter of Helen (Jaeger), a designer, and John Ketter, a musician and investor. Married, Pam has two grown children, a son, Neill, and a daughter, Bethany. She makes her home in North Carolina.
