Florence P. Jaques

Francis Lee Jaques was born September 28, 1887, in Illinois. His family moved to a farm near Aitkin, Minnesota in 1903. A wildlife painter, he enjoyed an eighteen-year career with New York City's American Museum of Natural History (1924-1942). Florence Page was born in Decatur, Illinois on March 7, 1890, and was a graduate student and writer at Columbia University when she met Jaques.
