Robert Sanderson

An English theologian and casuist. His work on logic, <i>Logicae Artis Compendium,</i> (1615), was long a standard treatise on the subject (<a href=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Sanderson_(theologian)>Wikipedia</a>).
