Badruddin Umar

Badruddin Umar has a MA in Philosophy from Dhaka University and an Honors degree in PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) from Oxford University, He taught philosophy at Dhaka University, and Political Science at Rajshahi University where he was Chairman of the Department of Political Science. The author became a full-time political activist and writer in 1969 and worked amongst the workers and peasants of Bangladesh.
