John Steeksma

Started with Post Office in 1902 and except for war service was there until retirement in 1945. Served in the First World War in Salonika. Interested in National affairs, active member of the Hull Fabian Society. Had a flair for writing and wrote three books: "The Writing way", "Working of the Mind" and "Philosophical Inquiry" A frequent contributor to "The New Age"
