Milton K. Ozaki

Milton K. Ozaki was born in Wisconsin. He was a journalist, a reporter, an artist, and a beauty parlor operator (the Monsieur Meltoine beauty salon, in the Gold Coast section of Chicago). His first novel, The Cuckoo Clock (which takes place in a beauty parlour), was published in 1946.
