Aleksandr Malov

Alexander Mikhailovich Malov, WWII veteran, journalist. He lives in Kazan, Tatarstan. He fought on the First Ukrainian Front, liberated Poland and Czechoslovakia. He wrote memoirs about the war and the post-war USSR. Also published a number of works on the history of the Tatar people
