Rev William Lees Bell was born 20 July 1826 in Trieste, Italy. He married Elizabeth Innes Stock 9 March 1858 at the Parish Church, West Ham, Essex, England. This couple had 8 children, Sarah, William, Alice, Rose, Edward, Henry, Katherine & Anna. William died 9 April 1908 at Greenwich. London.
