Jerome Kristian

<b><a href="http://aas.org/node/4213">Jerome A. Kristian</a></b> (1934-1996) was an observational and theoretical cosmologist who worked at the Mount Wilson Observatory for most of his career. He received his bachelor's degree from <a href="http://shimer.edu">Shimer College</a>, where he enrolled as an <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Early_entrance_at_Shimer_College">early entrant</a>. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Chicago under the supervision of Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar.
