Carol O'Connell

Carol O'Connell is director of Elementary Education at Northmont City Schools, a suburb of Dayton, Ohio. Previously she served as director of the Special Projects Section, State of Ohio Department of Education. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Ohio State University in curriculum and administration.
