Fred Fanning

Fred Fanning is a successful and well respected program director. He has traveled widely and lived in seven U.S. states, Guam, and Germany. Fred’s first book “Basic Safety Administration: A Handbook for the New Safety Specialist” was published in 1998 with a hardback edition published in 2003.
