Russell McNeil

Russell McNeil attended Carleton University, St. Francis Xavier University (B.Sc.), Dalhousie University (M.Sc.) and York University (PhD). He taught Physics and Liberal Studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and at Vancouver Island University (formerly Malaspina University-College).
