Dr. R.C. Dubey is Professor & Former Head of the Department of Botany & Microbiology, Gurukul Kangri University (Haridwar). He earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi) in the year 1981 and 1986, respectively.
